Mothers do like to doll up their daughters, and rightly so.
This little girl is no doubt about to be fitted into a beautiful little dress. I am perfectly well aware that “portraits’ of little girls are typically done of the finished product, with all the bows and buttons in place, standing just so, in just the right setting.

Still, we daddies cannot help finding our daughters to be darling at all times. And given that this girl’s daddy happens to be the painter, I feel perfectly free to paint her as often as I want, in all aspects of her cuteness.
