Our beloved friends, John and Ruth Crawford, of Clifton Heights, PA commissioned me to paint a portrait of each of their five grandchildren.
 
The kids were delightful to work with as we did a photoshoot in Crawford’s family room.
 
I believe the plan is to hang and enjoy the portraits until the children, in turn, get married and receive their portrait as a wedding gift.
 
John, the third to the oldest, is a beautiful boy who was very expressive and very wiggly. If you take enough photos of such a boy, you are able to get a gem expression like this one. Thanks little John.
