Onions & Kerr | 7”x 5” | Greeting Card
 
After 5 other onion paintings, I determined to do a ‘group shot’ of many of the onions used in those paintings along with a few new friends, kind of like a family photo with a few cousins thrown in. In addition I added glass, metal and ceramic items, these give us additional surface types as well as transparency and distortion to enjoy. Reflected colors on the shelf’s surface bring additional harmony to the painting.
