My heart got a start when I spooked up some deer in the chest high field of grass behind this beautiful 5 story barn. I was tromping around looking for the best view.

I discovered this gem while driving the meandering back roads of New Jersey just across the Delaware River from New Hope, PA. It is beautiful, wooded country, with historic ties to George Washington and the revolutionary war.
