This is one of three portraits this size, commissioned by this man Jay Wadman for his company Wadman Corporation, a commercial
Construction company in Ogden, Utah. The other two portraits are of his son David Wadman and his father Ben Wadman.

Here we see Jay sitting on the edge of a desk in a blue suit with his hands clasped in front of him as he looks at us the viewers. There are three small framed pictures on a glass topped wood table behind him to our right.
